COMPASS CART
Compass Cart eliminates the frustration of grocery shopping with real-time navigation and route optimization built for maximum accessibility. I steered this project from initial research to high-fidelity execution, delivering a high-impact prototype focused on speed and user ease.

Led the development of an interactive Tableau analytics dashboard examining student engagement trends across three campuses and 872 attendees. Transformed raw event and attendance data into actionable insights by identifying high-impact programming patterns, peak participation periods, and engagement drivers, helping guide data-informed decisions to strengthen future campus events and increase student involvement.

NONPROFIT CONSULTING
Redesigned a custom web portal and data management platform for the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition (TCC), replacing their fragmented external system and spreadsheets. Conducted user research and usability testing with caregivers, volunteers, and staff to streamline role-based onboarding, event registration, and a 1:1 matching workspace that clarifies application expectations and reduces administrative overhead.
